Applying for accommodation?

Please note the following:
- Single accommodation is limited and it is BISA’s prerogative to approve or not approve this application. There is a surcharge for single accommodation. Please see the fee structure for more information.
- First semester residence fees are payable upon the day of registration and the second semester fees are due on the first day of class of the second semester.
- Failure to pay on time may result in BISA requiring the student to vacate the residence.
- Students must be willing to share accommodation if required.

Payment of fees

All fees (tuition and accommodation) are to be paid up front at the start of the semester

Payment plan
- 25% of course fees to be paid on registration day plus R250.00 for the use of the monthly payment plan at the commencement of each semester (this will cover any interest as no interest to be charged each month)
- Three subsequent payments of 25% of course fees. For the 1 st Semester payments to be made end of February, March and April. For the 2nd Semester payments to be made at the end of August, September and October
- If after the 2nd month of the semester 50% of course fees have not been paid, the student will be withdrawn from BISA Online and will not be allowed to attend class. Once the account has been bought up to date they may return to class and BISA Online account will be reactivated.
- Any student who does not comply with the payment plan will not be allowed to write their final exams and will receive a fail for the course.
- Students living on campus will need to vacate their rooms if fees are not paid on time.
- Please note that if you do not complete the course you are still liable for all outstanding fees.
